Terms of Use
By creating an account and utilizing the Shalkith Online game, you certify that you have read and agreed to the following Terms of Use:
  1. Shalkith Online (Shalkith.com) is owned and operated by WarSpider Entertainment, LLC. All Shalkith.com material is Copyright © 2001-2006, WarSpider Entertainment, LLC. Any unauthorized use of this material will result in account banning and deletion, and possible legal action.
     
  2. To create an account with, or login to Shalkith.com, you must use a valid email address. This email address will only be used to contact you about issues and updates related to Shalkith.com and will not be sold.
     
  3. When you first create an account, a random password will be sent to the email address you specified. Once you login, using your email address and this password, you can change your password using the account management tools.

    Keep your password confidential. WarSpider Entertainment, LLC staff will never ask for your password. If you believe your account has been stolen, immediately reset your password.
     
  4. All players begin Shalkith Online in a demo period, where they can battle in 50 matches for free. After that, Shalkith costs less than 3 cents a day.

  5. As an optional feature, players are given the ability to rename and writing short histories for their dragons. Names or histories deemed offensive or inappropriate by WarSpider Entertainment, LLC staff will be deleted without notice. Repeated abuse will result in the banning and deletion of the user account. For more information, please read this disclaimer.
     
  6. You may not attempt to modify Shalkith.com files or game results, including, but not limited to, the creation of cheats, hacks, and bots. Users determined to have violated this rule will have their accounts banned and deleted.
     
  7. You may not use the browser buttons, including, but not limited to, "Back", "Refresh", and "Stop" to replay or change Shalkith.com game results. Users determined to have violated this rule will have their accounts banned and deleted.
     
  8. You may not institute an attack upon the Shalkith.com website or otherwise deliberately attempt to disrupt the Shalkith.com server. Users determined to have violated this rule will have their accounts banned and deleted, and we reserve the right to seek damages from any such user to the fullest extent permitted by law.
     
  9. All sales of Style Points and optional features, offered through Shalkith.com, are final. No refunds will be given for any reason.
     
  10. WarSpider Entertainment, LLC reserves the right to delete any account which is deemed inactive for more than sixty (60) days.
     
  11. Shalkith.com is offered "as is". WarSpider Entertainment, LLC is not responsible for any losses resulting from causes such as, but not limited to, deletion, server crashes and bugs.
     
  12. WarSpider Entertainment, LLC reserves the right to update and modify the Terms of Use. Players can always access the Terms of Use via the links on the home page and the bottom of each section.
